2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
✓ You MAY be eligible for a refund if:
2.1 Technical Issues (Our End)
- Download links are not working despite multiple attempts
- Files are corrupted or unreadable
- Server errors preventing access to purchased content
- Payment charged but no download access provided
2.2 Duplicate Purchase
- You accidentally purchased the same eBook twice
- System error caused double charge for single purchase
2.3 Product Mismatch
- The delivered product significantly differs from the description
- Wrong product was delivered
- Major content missing from the advertised product
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
✗ Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer want the product after purchase or download
- Content Dissatisfaction: Not liking the writing style, approach, or content depth
- Expired Downloads: Failure to download within the 72-hour validity period
- Download Limit Exceeded: Exhausting all 5 download attempts
- Technical Issues (Your End): Problems with your device, software, or internet connection
- Already Downloaded: Requesting refund after successfully downloading the file
- After 7 Days: Requests made beyond the 7-day refund window
- Incomplete Information: Failure to provide required details for verification
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Before Payment
You may cancel your order at any time before completing the payment. Simply close the payment page or navigate away from checkout.
4.2 After Payment (Before Download)
If you wish to cancel immediately after payment but before downloading:
- Contact us within 1 hour of purchase
- Do NOT click any download links
- Provide your Order ID and reason for cancellation
- Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
4.3 After Download
Once you have downloaded the product, cancellation is not possible as digital goods cannot be "returned."

7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Bundle purchases where only some products have issues
- Promotional discounts that were incorrectly applied
- Cases where partial service was delivered
8. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If you received the wrong product, please request a refund and place a new order for the correct product.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision:
- First, reply to our decision email with additional information or clarification
